These Bacon and Egg Breakfast Bites are the perfect quick breakfast or brunch idea! Crispy bacon wrapped around deliciously baked eggs, topped with melted cheese and sprinkled with Spicecraft's flavour-packed seasonings. Easy, tasty, and satisfying!

Ingredients
- 6 slices streaky bacon (or regular bacon slices)
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Spicecraft Original Salt Rocks, to taste
- Spicecraft No Bagel, No Bagel seasoning, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Arrange one slice of bacon into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape around the edges.
- Crack one egg carefully into each bacon-lined cup.
- Season each egg with Spicecraft Original Salt Rocks.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over each egg, followed by a generous sprinkle of Spicecraft No Bagel, No Bagel seasoning.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking (shorter for soft yolks, longer for fully cooked yolks).
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before carefully removing from the muffin tin.
- Serve immediately and enjoy warm!
