Ingredients
Mini Cheese Balls
- 250 g Cream Cheese
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or gouda)
- 2 teaspoons Pimped Pepper
- ½ cup chopped nuts (e.g. almonds or walnuts) or Super Dukkah for rolling
Garlic Parmesan Pretzels
- 4 cup plain pretzels
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Smokey Garlic Salt
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Maize’in Mexican Cherry Tomato Dip
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Maize'in Mexican
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 small baguette or bruschetta slices
To Assemble
- A selection of crackers, fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumber), and cheeses
Instructions
- Prepare the Mini Cheese Balls: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, grated cheese, and Pimped Pepper. Roll into small balls. Coat in chopped nuts or Super Dukkah. Refrigerate until firm.
- Make the Garlic Parmesan Pretzels: In a large mixing bowl, toss pretzels with olive oil, Smokey Garlic Salt, and grated parmesan. Spread evenly on a baking tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Cool completely.
- Prepare the Maize’in Mexican Cherry Tomato Dip: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté cherry tomatoes with Maize’in Mexican until softened. Blend with softened cream cheese until smooth. Serve with toasted bruschetta slices or baguette.
- Assemble the Grazing Board: Arrange the cheese balls, pretzels, tomato dip, and assorted crackers, vegetables, and cheeses on a large board or platter.
