Classic weeknight recipes: Super Saucy Style Meatloaf
Saucy Spicecraft Style Meatloaf
Beef and pork mince, plenty of Crackin' Kiwi Seasoning, and a few pantry staples are all you need to make this hearty, tender meatloaf. Super easy to throw together.

Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 300 g pork mince
- 2 eggs
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp Crackin’ Kiwi Seasoning
- No Bagel, No Bagel Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp chicken stock (or water)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- In a large bowl, add the breadcrumbs, milk and onion. Mix well and leave to soak for about 5 minutes.
- Add in Crackin' Kiwi Rub, 1 tablespoon of the No Bagel, No Bagel, tomato sauce, soy sauce, a pinch of Spicecraft Original Salt Rocks (or plain salt) and mix well with your hands. Make sure everything comes together, but don't overmix.
- Place into a greased loaf pan and press to the edges, so that the surface is flat. Sprinkle with No Bagel, No Bagel seasoning.
- Cook 25 minutes.
- While cooking, mix all the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- Then remove from oven and add the glaze all over the top. Place back in the oven for a further 20-25 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes before cutting into thick slices.
