Ingredients
- 350 g premium beef mince
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Spicecraft Crackin’ Kiwi rub
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary/thyme
- 2 cups chicken stock
- Fresh basil leaves
- Shaved Parmesan
Instructions
- Dice onion and garlic. Heat oil in a large frypan over a high heat then add onion. Cook 3-4 minutes then add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
- Add the mince and cook, breaking up as you stir until brown. Sprinkle over the Crackin’ Kiwi Rub and stir again.
- Add the tin tomatoes and stock. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and add the fresh herbs.
- Add the lasagne noodles and cook 15 minutes until tender. Sprinkle over torn basil leaves and parmesan and serve!
