No Bagel Sesame Chicken Poke Bowls 🍚

These ones are great for lunch and you can use whichever vegetables and toppings you like, great way to customise dinner for everyone.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Slice chicken breasts horizontally into 2 or 3 pieces depending on thickness.

  2. Combine flour and No Baghel, No Bagel Seasoning in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, add whisked egg.

  3. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg then dredge in flour. Shake of excess.

  4. Heat oil over a medium-high heat then shallow fry chicken pieces until cooked through.

  5. Cook edamame beans by placing in a microwave safe bowl and covering with water, cook 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and sprinkle with Spicecraft Smokey Garlic Salt.

  6. Thinly slice spring onion and roughly chop chicken.

  7. To assemble the bowls add a large scoop of rice to each then top with chicken, edamame beans, spring onions and cabbage. Drizzle with preferred sauce and sprinkle with plenty more No Bagel.
