Ingredients
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 sprigs thyme or rosemary
- 2 tablespoons Crackin' Kiwi Rub
- 1 teaspoon Smokey Garlic Salt
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup chicken stock
Instructions
- Finely dice the onions and garlic, and pick the thyme leaves.
- Heat oil in a large frypan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened. Add the thyme leaves.
- Sprinkle over Crackin’ Kiwi Rub and Smokey Garlic Salt, and mix. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
- Cool completely, then pour into jars. Add a ribbon and pair with Spicecraft seasonings for a perfect gift.
