Spicecraft Guacamole

Ingredients: 

• 2 large avocados
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 - 3 Tbsp lime juice, to taste
• a good couple of shakes of any hot chili sauce - your choice
• a big handful of coriander
• 1 - 2 tsp Spicecraft Original Salt Rocks
• 1 tomato (optional) seeded and diced.

Method:

1. Blend everything in a food processor until creamy & smooth.
2. Season with more Original Salts Rocks if required.
3. Mix through the seeded and diced tomato (optional).
4. Serve with corn chips. Enjoy!
