The G3 Baker

Hi, I’m Richard - founder of Spicecraft and the guy behind G3Baker.

As a coeliac, I spent years feeling like I was missing out. Eating out usually meant a stripped-back version of the dish… or some sad, overpriced substitute.

But the hardest part? Bread.

I’ve always loved it - like really loved it. And walking past a bakery still gets me. That warm, crusty, fresh-out-of-the-oven loaf… it’s just not something most gluten free options come close to.So I decided - enough is enough.

G3Baker is about bringing real bread back.

What does G3 mean?


The name “G3Baker” comes from my time as a chef. Gluten free food was othen labled “G-FREE,” -with lazy (efficient) people triming it down to "G3"

It stuck with me, and now represents a range designed to make great gluten-free bread simple and reliable.
